Ofcom | Own-initiative Monitoring and Enforcement Programme: General Condition 14 regarding Complaints Handling.

Ofcom has today published a research report on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes.
ADR schemes act as an independent middleman between communications service providers and their customers when a complaint cannot be resolved. The research looks at awareness of ADR among consumers.
