Canada – Major mobile service providers to challenge CRTC wireless code

According to the Star, Canada’s major wireless carriers want to overturn retroactive provisions in the federal telecom regulators’ new wireless code of conduct. Mobile phone service providers including Rogers Communications, Bell Mobility, Telus Communications and Saskatchewan Telecommunications asked the Federal Court of Appeal to allow their appeal of the  Commission’s code as it relates to wireless contracts.
